Some of my favorite snacks of the summer are berries. It’s so simple, just rinse and put them in a bowl. They are packed with vitamin C,E, riboflavin, niacin and folate.They are excellent anti-inflammatory agents and decrease free radicals levels that are linked to aging. 😉
1.Pick 3 different types of berries
If you choose strawberries cut them into half.
2. Squeeze in half a lemon or orange
3. Toss and garnish with mint.
A pretty dish to bring to a summer party.
