Start with a warm up (ie. a light jog down your street and back), stretch and pick 4-5 brisk exercise moves, choose # of reps. and try to do as many sets as you are able in 20, 30, 40 mins. Whatever you chose. You can rest in between or if you want to be hard core, run down the block and back between sets.

1. Jumping jacks
2. Jump squats
3. Alternating lunges
4. Push ups
………(plank hold for 30 sec)……….
REPEAT as many times as you can in your time frame.
